Meetings are open to the public and typically held on the fourth Thursday of the month.

The Task Force meetings are hybrid (in-person and virtual attendance options available). In-person meetings are held on the Jefferson County Planning Office, 2nd Floor (175 Arsenal St., Watertown). Zoom links for virtual attendance are included on the meeting agendas sent ahead each meeting to all Task Force Members and are available to the public upon request.
